To get your name on a waitlist or to be notified as to when vaccines will be available:

Hospitals Allegheny Health Network - . Sign up for MyChart and they will alert you when they have COVID-19 vaccine appointments available. You can also call Allegheny Health Network at 412-687-7348 at 7:00 a.m. You can talk to a nurse navigator to see if they can advise you as to how to get a vaccination.

Mon Valley Hospital - If your browser won't allow you to go directly to the form, then type in . On the left-hand side under Quick Links, click the first bullet entitled COVID-19 Info/Testing. Then, click the box entitled "Request a Vaccine." Cursor down to the bottom of the page and click the box "Request a Vaccine as an Individual." You will now be taken to a vaccine request form.

Do this from your smartphone....

Go to . Sign up and create a profile. From your smartphone you will need to download one of the apps (free) located on the second page where it asks "Here's how to contact me." You will see this toward the bottom of the page:

Next, and this is the critical part, use the up arrow key or down arrow key (shown in grey or red right before each number) to make sure that you are contacted on your smartphone by moving it to the very top of the list. By doing this, the alerts will reach your smartphone at least 3 minutes before they would reach you by email or by text alert. The link below, shows a personal email. That is not what you want and is just shown as an example. Make sure it goes to your smartphone. Then click the "Save and Continue>" box at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.

PA Link to Aging and Disability Resources

Pennsylvania's prescription assistance programs for older adults, PACE and PACENET, offer low-cost prescription medication to qualified residents ages 65 and older.

PACE/PACENET is assisting people over 60 with vaccine registration. They do NOT have to be members of the PACE program. For more information, call 1-800-225-7223.

For PACE members, the number for vaccine appointments is 1-800-753-8827. Operators will also be working with cardholders to arrange for transportation to vaccination sites; they're also working with PACE's pharmacy network members to vaccinate at a cardholder's residence, if necessary.

Rite Aid For Pennsylvania senior citizens only, Rite-Aid has launched COVID scheduling at 568 Caste Village Rd in Pittsburgh (Whitehall). Call 1-866-674-4659 and go through the prompts x2 x1 x1 x1. This service is for next-day scheduling only. Must have an email or cell phone number to register (can use one from a family member or trusted friend).

Primary Care Health Services COVID-19 Vaccines are being administered by appointment only through Primary Care Health Services. There are clinics in several Pittsburgh locations. Contact the location

closest to your senior (65+ years of age) to schedule an appointment. The online registration site is forthcoming.
