How to Transfer your Points

As per the attached letter please note that you can transfer your points to an immediate family member, i.e., Spouse, Sibling, Child or Parent or alternatively to an existing Diamond Resorts member.

Please find below information on how to proceed to enact a transfer.

Firstly, we wish to highlight to you that points purchased or ‘transferred’ from another European Collection member (excluding immediate family members) cannot be used for benefits and services provided by THE ClubSM. This means that points purchased this way will remain valid for all European Collection resort reservations and for Interval International exchanges but can not be used for the member benefits introduced by THE ClubSM earlier this year, such as points redemption on flights, cruises, management fee, etc. or for booking holidays to non European affiliated resorts, which are provided for by THE ClubSM. It also means that points purchased or ‘transferred’ in this way cannot be used to reach the 13000 points threshold required for Premiere Membership.

Taking the above into consideration if you wish to continue with the points transfer could you please send the following documentation to us:

• The transfer agreement, which can be found on the reverse of the original Points Certificate to be completed by all parties. You should sign and complete as the transferors and the purchasers should sign and complete as the transferee with full contact details.

• We also require an administration fee of £299.00 to cover the transfer / £75.00 if transferring to an immediate family member. Cheques should be made payable to Diamond Resorts Europe Ltd.

• Fully completed questionnaire (attached).

• Proof of signature for all parties, this can be copy of photo driving licence, or passport, (please do not send the original document, copies will suffice for this purpose).

Please note that prior to commencement of the transfer process your management fee account must be paid in full, therefore if you have not already paid your 2009 management charges or have prior years charges outstanding please include payment with your documentation (please make cheques payable to Diamond Resorts Management Limited).

Please do note that to ensure that we can proceed with your request in a quick and efficient manner we do require all the above documentation be sent to us prior to the commencement of the transfer process.
