They stay alert for slugs and caterpillars and deal with them in an environmentally friendly manner. When the sun shines and the rain is scarce they water these plant lovingly and watch them grow into healthy crops to be harvested and savoured. Each year a new crop of gardeners is welcomed on our 10 week course.
