This movie is about the life and adventures of a worker ant named Z.

The ant colony in which he lives is led by a Queen .

However, General Mandible (the Queen's military leader) plans to destroy the monarchy and replace it with a dictatorship led by himself.

Z on the other hand, longs for the day when he is free of the colony to do whatever he chooses. When Z learns of Mandible's plan to eliminate the Queen he tries to stop Mandible while teaching others the value of thinking for oneself.

Task:

Use the leadership chart that you completed last class along with your notes on the 3 different leadership styles to complete the following:

Compare and contrast the leadership styles of Z, The Queen, and General Mandible. You must make reference to specific characteristics of each leadership style (class notes) and use concrete examples of situations from the movie to demonstrate your understanding.

You will set up your submission using an introductory paragraph stating what your report is about, followed by one paragraph for each character and finally a fifth conclusion paragraph.
