Passing along your thoughtful reflections is helpful as we move forward in faithfulness as the body of Christ. 

The Women’s Fellowship Community Outreach Project for September will be Senior Services. They need supplies to provide help for local seniors in Forsyth County who are struggling to meet basic needs. For seniors who are living on a fixed income, these items are especially appreciated and very much needed. Items most needed are:

Hygiene and Health: Adult pull-ups/Poise Pads, soap, shampoo, lotion, razors, shaving cream, deodorant, mouthwash, tooth paste, tooth brushes, denture adhesive/cleanser/holders, cleaning wipes, washable/disposable bed pads, nail clippers, lip balm.

Food: Supplements like Ensure, Boost, Glucerna, small canned hams, canned chicken/tuna/salmon, Fruit cups, peanut butter, crackers, cereal.

Household: Laundry Detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies, Kleenex, trash bags.

Please put your donations in either the container located in the Lovefeast Kitchen or the one in the parlor. Thank you for your support!

Thursday, September 26th, 9:00AM

The Senior Friends will travel to Mooresville to visit the Lazy 5 Ranch. Admission to the ranch will be $10 for seniors if we have at least 15 people. It will be $11 otherwise. We will take the wagon ride through the ranch and get to see the animals up close and personal and even feed some of them. We will eat lunch somewhere in the area following our visit with the animals. Please call Jeanne Willard (336-768-5645) to reserve your spot on the bus no later than Sunday, September 22nd.

The Maggie Styers Missionary Chapter (MSMC) will have a barbeque sale on Saturday, October 12 from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

Barbeque will be sold in one-pound carryout packages with sauce for $11.

Fairview's Kevin Krause will be cooking the barbeque and all proceeds will go to support MSMC's mission grants both locally and overseas.
