Financial Institution Loans: Along with the banks, financial institutions such as Beneficial, Morris Plan, Avco, etc., also have loans available. They offer a variety of loan packages. Two companies that we work with are Wells Fargo Financial @ (916)781-3611 and American General @ (916)363-1917. You can also check with other finance companies. MK Bank Visa: You can go online to and go to MK Connections and apply for a MK Credit Card. This is sometimes 0% interest for 6 months. The disadvantage to using this option is that the credit approval requires 2-4 weeks.Refinance a current Loan: If you currently have a loan that you have made payments on for a year or so, you can often refinance the loan and get some money to work with, without raising the loan payment, but by extending the length of the loan. This method works well with car loans. Credit Unions: Credit Unions are traditionally a source of low interest loans. Call your credit union immediately. Processing your loan may take 2-3 weeks. Passbook Loans: For relatively low interest rates, you can borrow up to 95% or more of the amount in your savings account.Family Loans: Many times there are members of your family willing to help you start your career.
