Please mail entries to the CGN Chairperson along with the necessary fees: $25.00 per entry with cheque made payable to COKC by February 10, 2014. Space permitting, entries will be taken at the show; cost to enter at show is $30.00. Limit: 25 dog/handler teams.

Dogs do not need to be purebred or registered to enter this event. It is open to all dogs over 6 months of age. Food, toys and other training aids are not permitted during the test.

Please complete a separate form for each dog to be tested. Mail, with your cheque, to CGN Chairperson at the address above.

Handlers: Please bring the following to the test: Proof of vaccination Dog license A 6-foot leash with dog wearing a buckle, slip or martingale collar made of nylon, fabric, leather or chain. A grooming tool ? brush or comb A plastic bag for picking up after your dog

Test to include the following exercises: 1. Accepting a friendly stranger. 2. Politely accepts petting. 3. Appearance and grooming. 4. Out for walk. 5. Walking through a crowd. 6. Sit/Down on command and stay in place.

7. Come when called. 8. Praise/interaction. 9. Reaction to a passing dog. 10. Reaction to distraction. 11. Supervised isolation. 12. Walking through a door/gate.
