LETTERS

In the LETTERS tab, following sub menu options viz. acknowledgment letters, forwarding letters, letter for additional payment, letters for final reply are available.

Now let us discuss them one by one:--

1st option: Acknowledgment Letters :--

On click of this option "Acknowledgment Letters" screen will be displayed.

CPIO can select desired radio button option to choose letter type and can also make selection on the basis of Date Wise or Registration No. Wise field, after that submit button has to be clicked . This will generate sample of Acknowledgment letters for all citizens who come under selected search criteria. CPIO can modify content of these letters by copying all text in Microsoft Word also.

2nd option: Forwarding Letters:--

This will generate sample of Forwarding Letters for all citizens who come under selected search criteria. CPIO can modify content of these letters by copying all text in Microsoft Word also.

3rd option : Letters for Additional Payment:--

On clicking this option, "Letter For Additional Payment" screen will be displayed.

CPIO can choose any option viz. Date Wise or Registration No. Wise field, after that submit button has to be clicked . This will generate sample of "Letter For Additional Payment" for all citizens, who come under selected search criteria. CPIO can modify content of these letters by copying all text in Microsoft Word also.

4th option : Letters for Final Reply:--

On click of this option "Letter For Final Reply" screen will be displayed.

CPIO can choose any one option like : Request Disposed Off, Request Partially Accepted/Rejected, Request Partially Transferred to Other PIO, Request Partially Transferred to other Public Authority and can also make selection on the basis of Date Wise or Registration No. Wise ,after that submit button has to be clicked . This will generate sample of Letters For Final Reply for all citizens who come under selected search criteria. CPIO can modify content of these letters by copying all text in Microsoft Word also.
