CITI HOLIDAY 2019 PROMO

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promo ("Promo") will run from December 2, 2019 to February 21, 2020 ("Promo Period"). Registration Period: December 2, 2019 to February 20, 2020 Spend Period: December 3, 2019 to February 21, 2020 Redemption Period: December 18, 2019 to April 21, 2020

2. The Promo is open to Principal cardholders of Citi Credit Cards ("Card") that have been locally issued by Citibank, N.A. Philippine Branch ("Citi"), which are active and in good credit standing, have available credit limit, have registered valid and updated mobile number and email address with Citibank, who received an SMS and/or email from Citibank regarding the particular promo requirement, and who are not prohibited under applicable Gifts, Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, regulations, and policies from participating in and/or qualifying for this Promo ("Cardholder").

Incumbent government officials or employees, whether elected or appointed, corporate account and US persons (i.e., a citizen or lawful resident, green card holder of the United States of America) are not eligible to participate in this promo.

It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to update his/her contact information by calling the CitiPhone Hotline at (02) 8995-9999. Cardholders with non-updated contact information, who have the same mobile/phone number or email address as another cardholder in Citi records, have multiple customer numbers, are new Cardholders (whose credit card account was opened and activated from November 25, 2019 onwards) or have opted out of receiving Marketing communications will not receive communication about the promotion.

3. Officers and employees of Citi and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity, or of its advertising and PR agencies, and of its third party partners and service providers with direct involvement in the generation of winners, are not eligible to participate in the raffle component of this Promo.

4. To join the Promo, the Cardholder must :

a. Register and create an account in the Promo website (gft.ph/treats) during the registration period. A unique Registration Code will be sent to him/her together with the promo website URL via an SMS/e-mail. Upon accessing the site, s/he must input his/her Registration Code, the last 6 digits of his/her active Citi credit card, valid email address, and valid mobile number.

b. Only successfully registered accounts (where the Registration Code matched the correct last 6 digits of active Citi card) will be qualified for the Promo. Cardholders who successfully registered to join the Promo will receive an email confirmation containing their registration details at the email address they registered in the Promo website.

By registering for the Promo, the Cardholder agrees that any information provided in the promo website will be subject to the confidentiality and security terms of the third party entity managing the site for Citibank. Further, the Cardholder agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo, such as but not limited to SMS or e-mails confirming earning of raffle entries or Treats upon completion of qualified purchases.

c. The Cardholder will start to earn raffle entries and Freebie/s for qualified and posted transactions the following day after successfully registering and creating an account in the promo website.

5. Raffle Component

Citibank Credit Cardholders will earn raffle entries for their transactions for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) Audi Q2 1.0L TFSI cars ("Raffle Prize").

a. Earning of Raffle Entries (1) Cardholders who registered to join the Promo will earn raffle entry/ies as follows::

The following are the conditions for earning raffle entry/ies for non-retail transactions:

"Log-in to the Citi Mobile? App": the Cardholder must log in to the Citi Mobile? App; the Cardholder will earn one (1) raffle entry per log-in, up to a maximum of three (3) log-ins per month per Principal/Supplementary cardholder for the entire Promo Period.

"First-time registration and log in to the Citi Mobile? App": the Principal Cardholder must download the Citi Mobile? App, register and log in for the first time. The Cardholder will earn five (5) raffle entries for this transaction only once during the promo period.

"Enroll to Citi e-Statement": the Cardholder must successfully enroll in the e-Statement facility within the Promo Period to earn five (5) raffle entries. Only one (1) successful registration will be qualified to earn for the entire Promo Period.

"Avail of Citi FlexiBill": the Cardholder who avails of Citi FlexiBill of at least P5,000 earns one (1) raffle entry per transaction. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period, for transactions across all his Citi cards. T&Cs apply:

"Avail of a Citi PayLite after purchase": the Cardholder who avails of Citi PayLite after purchase of at least P3,000 earns one (1) raffle entry per transaction. The Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period, for transactions across all his Citi cards. T&Cs apply:

"Avail of a Citi Speed Cash": the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period, for transactions across all his Citi cards. T&Cs apply:

"Avail of a Citi Balance Transfer": the Cardholder can earn a maximum of 20 raffle entries for the entire Promo Period, for transactions across all his Citi cards. T&Cs apply:

"Avail of a Citi Personal Loan": the Cardholder must apply for a Citi Personal Loan and make a loan availment within the Promo Period. Applicable to Citi credit card holders only. T&Cs apply: .ph/loanstc

The respective Terms & Conditions of each product above continue to apply.

In addition, New Citi credit cardholders will earn raffle entries as follows:

New Citi Credit Cardholder Cardholder who opens his/her first Citi credit card account, who

has activated his/her Citi credit card, and who has made at least one (1) retail transaction of any amount, within the Promo Period.

(2) The following transactions will not qualify for the Raffle: Cash Advance availment (via ATM or over the counter), existing PayLite amortizations, OneBill transactions, all types of Bills Payment, auto-debit enrolments, auto-debit transactions, credit card fees and charges, Citi Card Protection/Credit Shield, Citibank Online payments, and Citi Mobile Banking payments.

In addition, the following transactions will not qualify for this Promo: transactions from casinos or from merchants engaged in gambling; transactions at merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution; Mail Order/ Telephone Order (MO/TO); all transactions done by travel agency or travel or online aggregator; transactions involving cryptocurrency and other similar financial instruments; transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like); payments made to social media platforms, cloud service and software providers; transactions for business purposes or for non-personal purposes such as but not limited to payment services, professional services, and the like; transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded.

(3) Citi will generate raffle entries electronically at the end of the promo period, based on qualified and posted transactions of registered Cardholders.

(4) The number of raffle entries that the Principal Cardholder and each Supplementary Cardholder earns will be aggregated and credited to the Principal Cardholder.

(5) The eligibility of the supplementary Cardholder's transactions to earn raffle entries is dependent on the Principal Card's credit standing.

b. Drawing of winners

(1) Citi will draw the winners for three (3) Audi Q2 1.0L TFSI cars at the raffle draw, which will be held on March 6, 2020, in the presence of DTI and Citi representatives at the 14th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City.

(2) The Cardholders' accounts must be active and in good credit standing at the time of the draw and until the claiming of the raffle prize.

(3) A Cardholder who qualified for raffle entries on account of enrolment for e-Statement or creation of a Citi Mobile App account must maintain his/her enrolment in the facility and/or his/her Citi Mobile App account until the time of the draw and the claiming of raffle prize.

(4) A Cardholder whose name is drawn will be disqualified in the event that his/her Citi Card account/s is/are not maintained in good credit standing; his/her Card account/s become/s delinquent or is/are cancelled, not re-issued or terminated during the Promo Period; and/or his/her new Card, new e-Statement enrolment, new Citi Mobile App account is/are no longer active at the time of the draw and of claiming the raffle prize.

(5) Cardholders whose names are drawn will be subject to verification by Citi.

c. Raffle Prizes and Awarding Process

(1) A total of three (3) winning Cardholders will be drawn. A Cardholder cannot win more than one (1) raffle prize.

(2) Winning Cardholder Redemption process:

Winners will be notified via phone and registered mail. Winners shall be given sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice by registered mail to claim their Prize

certificate. After the 60-days claiming period, unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited by Citi with the prior approval of DTI. Winners will shoulder the 20% prize tax, fees and surcharges, and all other costs and expenses incurred in

redeeming and using the Prizes. Winners must claim the Prize certificate at 16th Floor Citibank Square, #1 Eastwood Avenue, Eastwood City,

Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Mondays to Fridays (except holidays) from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. Upon claiming his/her Prize certificate, the Winner must present the following: Official Notification Letter from Citi; Valid Citi Card used for the winning transaction; Two (2) valid government-issued I.D. (with photo and signature), ie., Driver's License, SSS I.D., Passport, TIN

card; Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) - Winners must submit their TIN number to claim their Prizes. Winners

who do not have TIN numbers would need to secure a one-time TIN from the Bureau of Internal Revenue; and Proof of payment of the 20% prize tax. Winners will be given instructions on turnover schedule of the car.

(3) By accepting the Prize certificate, each of the winning Cardholders authorizes Citi to disclose and publish his/her name, photo and other particulars to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Citi may deem appropriate. The Winner/s may be required to participate in publicity programs which Citi may from time to time organize in connection with the Promo and if so, such Winner/s must attend such functions. Expenses and/or costs in attending such functions will be shouldered by the Winner/s.

6. Free KFC Treats

Aside from earning raffle entries, Cardholders who registered to join the Promo will also get Free KFC Treats every time they make a qualified purchase using their Citi credit card during the Promo Period.

a. Earning of Free KFC Treats

(1) Every qualified purchase within the Promo Spend Period, will earn the Cardholder who successfully registered to the promo the following KFC treat ("Freebie"):

Sisig Rice Bowl Meal: Sisig Rice Bowl, Regular Drink

Each 10pc Bucket Meal is comprised of: 10pc Chicken Bucket, 5 Creamy Pasta, 5 Regular Drink

(2) The following transactions will not qualify for Free KFC Treats: Citi Speed Cash, Cash Advance availment (via ATM or over the counter), Balance Transfer, Citi FlexiBill, PayLite After Purchase, existing PayLite amortizations, Personal Loan transactions, OneBill transactions, all types of Bills Payment, auto-debit enrolments, auto-debit transactions, credit card fees and charges, Citi Card Protection/Credit Shield, Citibank Online payments, and Citi Mobile Banking payments.

(4) Only one (1) transaction meeting the minimum spend requirement per unique merchant per Citi principal customer number per day will qualify for the Promo. In case of multiple transactions on the same day (whether charged to one card or across several cards) with same merchant of the same Citi Cardholder, only one (1) transaction will qualify for the Promo. Splitting of a single transaction into several approvals is strictly not allowed. Any transaction that is determined to be a result of splitting will NOT qualify.

(5) Each Cardholder who receives a unique Registration Code from Citi and who registered to join the Promo is allowed to earn the maximum number of Freebies as indicated in the table below:

The maximum number of Freebies is based on all qualified purchases across all of the Cardholder's Citi cards, including supplementary cards. The maximum limit is set per customer number. All Freebies will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder.

(6) The Supplementary Card's purchases will be eligible for the Promo only if the Principal Card is qualified.

(7) The Cardholder's Citi Card account/s must be active and in good credit standing during the Promo Period.

b. Redemption

(1) From December 18, 2019 onwards, a Cardholder who has successfully registered and created an account on the Promo website and who has made a Qualified Purchase can log in to his/her account in the promo website to check and redeem earned Freebie/s, based on the gift voucher redemption code upload schedule indicated under item A-3.

(2) Earned Freebie/s during the Promo Period can be redeemed at the promo redemption website until April 21, 2020 and can be used at participating KFC branches until April 21, 2020.

c. Using Gift Voucher/s

(1) To use the Gift Voucher/s, the Cardholder must go to any participating KFC branch and present the Gift Voucher code prior to ordering. Refer to for the list of participating branches; the list of branches can change without prior notice. Cardholders can also refer to the Giftaway website for the list of participating KFC branches.

(2) The Gift Voucher code/s must only be given to the store once the Cardholder commits to use it. The Gift Voucher code is for one-time use only, and can be used for dine-in or take-out.

(3) The Cardholder may do multiple redemptions per day within the Redemption Period. (4) All terms and conditions relating to the Gift Vouchers as indicated in the Giftaway website shall apply. (5) All Freebie/s and Gift Vouchers which are unredeemed or unused by the end of the Redemption Period shall be

forfeited in favor of Citi. (6) Gift Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, privileges, or promotions. (7) Gift Vouchers are transferable but not convertible to cash, cash advance, or kind. The Gift Voucher may be transferred

to the Cardholder's nominated recipient who is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the Gift Voucher. (8) All redemptions are final. The Cardholder is responsible for inspecting the quality, condition, and expiry dates of the Gift

Voucher/s upon redemption. The Cardholder will also be responsible for providing the correct information (mobile number and email address where Gift Voucher codes will be sent) and for safekeeping the Gift Voucher/s. Citi and the participating KFC branches shall not be obliged to refund or replace the Gift Voucher/s once redeemed.

d. By redeeming through the promo website, the Cardholder is responsible for providing his/her personal information and other information that may be required by Citi's third party service provider, and agrees that such information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy and security terms of the service provider.

e. The Cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent in nature or to be a result of splitting of transactions, Citi shall have the right to charge the total face value of the Freebie/s to the Cardholder's Citi Card.

8. A Cardholder will be disqualified from the Promo in the event that his/her Citi credit Card/s become/s delinquent, or is suspended, cancelled, or terminated before the awarding of the raffle prize and/or Freebie/s.

9. Citibank is not an agent of Giftaway, Audi, and KFC, and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. All feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Giftaway, Audi and/or KFC as applicable.

10. By accepting and/or using the raffle prize and/or the Gift Voucher/s, the Cardholder agrees to hold Citi free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the raffle prize and/or Gift Voucher/s.

11. In case of dispute regarding the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., Citi's decision will prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Citi.

12. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the participation in the Promo, or redemption of the Raffle Prize and/or Gift Voucher/s may result in the disqualification of the Cardholder from the Promo, suspension or cancellation of Card privileges or the charging of the cost of the Raffle Prize and/or Gift Voucher/s to the Cardholder's Citi Card, at Citi's discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken by Citi.
