By signing this form and exhibiting any works of art at the stated venue, the Exhibitor waives any claim or liability against the Tucson Pastel Society, its board members and any other persons associated with the operation of the Tucson Pastel Society which may now exist or hereafter arise for theft of or damage to many work of art or any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Tucson Pastel Society, its board members, members, or other persons associated with the operation of the state venue against any claims or liability arising from the display or sale of art work at the Show by the Exhibitor.

The Exhibitor confirms that the work submitted is his/her own unique, original creation. It is not copied or derived, in whole or in major significant part, from the work of another artist and/or photographer without his/her permission. Manufactured art such as prints or gicl?es are not acceptable unless stated by the show chair. For all juried shows, work shown must be consistent with photos submitted with your entry. All artwork must be undamaged and framed, with clean matting and a frame with sturdy wire strung from edge for hanging. No sawtooth hangers.
