Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Certification Results

2015-2019

The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree is the only route of preparation for certification

as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) offered by the School of Nursing.

There are two (2) certification agencies for Family Nurse Practitioners. Those include American

Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Certification Results*

The School of Nursing offers two (2) routes of preparation for certification as a Psychiatric

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Those routes include the Master of Science in

Nursing (MSN) degree and the Post Master¡¯s Certificate.

The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is the only certification agency for Psychiatric

Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
