Washington State’s Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) wants to expand independent housing options for its clientele. ALTSA offers rent subsidies for eligible low-income seniors and people with disabilities exiting institutional settings. Subsidies will be administered through project-based voucher (PBV) contracts. If you’re interested, we would like to explore this way of partnering with you.In addition to monthly rent subsidies, ALTSA may also be able to assist housing providers by coordinating ongoing case management services to stabilize tenants eligible to receive long-term supports residing in their housing projects.
