Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent to the Sponsors' publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. By participating, players agree to be bound by these Official Rules, all rules of play governing the Regional Tournaments, and the decisions of Sponsors and the tournament judges, which shall be final in all respects.
