Assists parents in their search for quality child care. Provides child care information and referrals based upon specific needs. Offers an Enhanced Inclusion Referral Service, which specifically helps families of children with special needs locate accessible child care and provides support to these child care providers. Technical support offered to child care providers through newsletters, training calendars, on-site technical assistance, and group training opportunities. Funding is provided by Missouri Departments of: Health and Senior Services and Social Services. CCRR is an operating agency of the Council of Churches of the Ozarks and member of the Missouri Child Care Resource and Referral Network.

Fire safety programs available for presentation to schools; “Pluggie” the fire safety robot is often part of the program for younger students. October is fire safety month. CPR and First Aid classes offered to children ages 12+ through Americorps Program, free of charge. CPR and First Aid classes also offered to any adult (minimum small group 4-15 per training). Citizen CPR, free of charge, involves 15-minute video and compression demonstration.
Disaster Preparedness: Ready Rating – preparing businesses, schools, churches and other groups for disaster preparedness. Free online evaluation with rating results give baseline for compressive training.

Safe at Home Keeps new addresses of domestic violence victims safe. If a victim of domestic violence moves they can apply with the Missouri Secretary of State to the Safe at Home program. This allows the victim to establish a PO Box in Jefferson City. All the mail goes through the Secretary of State, and they then forward any mail to the new address.
