3. July 14, 2011- The AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) recommends that formula-fed infants receive 400 IUs per day of Vitamin D. Abbott is pleased to announce that a minor formulation change to Similac® Advance® will assist in achieving this goal earlier in an infant’s life (when they are consuming less). Product with higher levels of Vitamin D will begin shipping as follows and will only impact Similac Advance products (there are no other changes to the label or UPC):

4. March 1, 2010: Update CCI to reflect changes in product sizes and names, revised contract pricing and update new contact for Abbott Nutrition.

5. October 1, 2009: Update CCI to reflect revised pricing from Abbott Ross due to a product addition. Also update new contact information for Abbott Ross.

6. April 1, 2009: Revise CCI to reflect only the updates in rebate net cost and percent discount from Ross Abbott due to product changes and additions.

7. October 14, 2008: Revise CCI to reflect only the updates in rebate net cost and percent discount from Ross Abbott due to product changes.

8. Aug. 21, 2007: Revise CCI to reflect only the updates in rebate net cost and percent discount from Ross Abbott.

9. July 11, 2007: Correct percentage discount rebate and per can and net cost per can, via compare spreadsheet.

10. May 15, 2007: Amend the contract term dates to reflect 10/1/2007 through 9/30/2010.

11. January 24, 2007 this contract was awarded to Abbott Laboratories, Ross Products Division. The new contract will be effective October 1, 2007 for a three-year period through September 30, 2010. This contract replaces Contract 09500.

The Contractor requests three months notification to supply quantities required by the WIC program.

(3) All other terms and conditions will apply as indicated in the IFB and the bid sheets.
