SPIRITDAY

On October 19, 2012, millions of Americans will wear purple on Spirit Day in a stand against bullying and in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) youth. GLAAD is once again working to secure the participation of partner organizations, as well as celebrities, corporations, media outlets, schools and local communities. By going purple on Spirit Day, your organization can easily demonstrate its support for the LGBT community, while taking a stand against bullying.
