ACCESSING THE ONLINE VERIFICATION LETTER

All ABFM Diplomates have access to a free, printable version of the ABFM verification letter.

1. First, login to your Physician Portfolio

2. Next, click on "Request Verification Letter"

3. Then, at the bottom of the verification page, click on "View/Print Verification Letter Online"

4. Lastly, the verification letter will appear in PDF format with your information. This verification letter is always available to print for ABFM Diplomates at no cost.
