Greetings from Private International English School..

We have explained below the process of admission which are in compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) policies and CBSE guidelines. The registration for new admissions for the academic year 2019 ? 2020 will begin from 1st October, 2018. The Online registration can be done in our website

Admission Process

1, Online Registration :-

a) The Online form has to be filled by the parent.

2, Shortlisting of child :-

a) The student will be shortlisted according to the availability of seats and will be called for assessment/interactive session as per the schedule sent via registered email ID.

b) After the assessment the merit list will be generated and which will be communicated to the parent.

3, Registration Confirmation :-

a) The nonrefundable registration fees of 5% of the annual Tuition Fees will be collected on confirmation.

b) The parents will be submitting the necessary documents for admission.

4, Admission Confirmation :-

a) After verifying the documents, parent must pay the necessary fees.

Points to be noted

1) The age criteria/limit for admission to the various classes (from KG 1 to Grade 1) is as follows:

2) List of documents required after the Registration confirmation

Documents of the student

a) Colour copy of passport front page, back page and visa page for child. b) Colour copy of Valid Emirates ID of child. c) Colour copy of birth certificate of the child

? If the student is born in UAE or any GCC country, birth certificate issued by Government Department of that country is valid. No attestation required.

? If the student is born in India and birth certificate is in English it should be attested by UAE embassy / consulate and ministry of foreign affairs, Abu Dhabi.

? If the student is born in India and birth certificate is NOT in English, the birth certificate should be translated by a legal translator attested by the ministry of foreign affairs, Abu Dhabi.

d) Colour copy of last school report (Except for KG 1) e) Copy of vaccination record f) Copy of valid insurance card g) Six passport size photos h) Transfer Certificate

? For KG 1 the TC is not required if the child is joining in the beginning of the academic year.

? Students coming from India, the transfer certificate need to be attested by the Education Officer of the State/District/Area from where the Certificate is obtained. The seal and signature of the Education Officer has to be verified by the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the UAE Foreign Affairs Ministry.

? If the student is locally transferred within Abu Dhabi the eSIS No. and eSIS Mark sheet from previous school has to be submitted.

? Students coming from other Emirates other than Abu Dhabi, the Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education of that Emirate.

? Students coming from GCC Countries, the Transfer/School Leaving Certificate should be attested by the Ministry of Education.

i) Tenancy contract and Electricity bill copy j) Print out of the online application form

Documents of the Parents

a) 1 Copy of the Passport of the father - first page, last page and valid visa page b) 1 Copy of the Passport of the mother - first page, last page and valid visa page c) Emirates ID Copy of the father - front and back side of the Emirates ID d) Emirates ID Copy of the mother - front and back side of the Emirates ID

3) All the details mentioned in the registration form should be correct. Any discrepancies in the registration form will result in the disqualification of admission.

4) The registration confirmation is not the confirmation of admission. 5) The admission of the student is subject to the approval of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education

and Knowledge (ADEK) in eSIS system. 6) Registration Fees would be non-refundable in the event of cancellation of admission or no show,

when the academic year commences or when the time for fee payment is due, if the parents fail to notify the school in writing before the official dates for Fee payment. 7) The Registration fee collected, would be set off against the term fee that would be first due by the parent on confirmation of admission and enrolment.
