1. READ THE SYLLABUS CAREFULLY.

2. BRING PICTURE ID TO EVERY TEST. Example: JSCC ID, driver’s license,

work badge, etc.

3. **While testing, you will be required to leave personal items, such as phones, book bags,

flash drives, books, papers, coats, caps, and purses in a secure locker.

4. Put Name, Jweb #, test number, and testing site on all papers. Read and follow

the instructor’s directions carefully.

5. Call your instructor if you have questions relative to term papers or homework.

Do not expect the AAC Staff to interpret the instructor’s directions.

6. Contact your instructor if you are unable to take a test during designated time. No test may be

taken late without the instructor’s permission being e-mailed to or called in to the AAC.

7. Make arrangements to leave children elsewhere while testing.

8. Bring pen and/or pencil for testing.

9. Notify records office and instructor of any change of name, address and/or phone

number. It is very important for these to be accurate. A blue form is available.

FOR ALL TESTS PLEASE ARRIVE IN THE AAC AT LEAST TWO HOURS BEFORE AAC CLOSING TIME AS LISTED BELOW.

AAC HOURS:

7:30 A.M.—7:15 P.M. Monday through Thursday (all tests must begin no later than 5:15 p.m.)

7:30 A.M.—4:15 P.M. Friday (all tests must begin no later than 2:15 p.m.)

(If testing in Lexington, Savannah or Humboldt, check for their testing hours.)
