“Restorative Dentistry Update – 2011”
Friday and Saturday August 19th and 20th
8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Friday
8:00 a.m. until 4:30 Saturday
Location in Fayetteville, AR, the Cosmopolitan Hotel
Course Overview
This clinically oriented course compares new materials and evaluates their clinical success. It will not make you an instant millionaire, prevent hair loss, nor will it make you beautiful or thin. However, it will provide thoughtful insight on controversies surrounding clinical techniques and supply answers to many of your clinical questions. Understand which material works and why it works rather than hear, “It works for me”. See the newest results of long-term clinical trials, which will be presented and discussed. For example, questions like "how wet is wet bonding, are self etching adhesives for me, can resin modified glass ionomer cements be used with all ceramic restorations, are high strength ceramics stronger, and what’s the best curing light to purchase" will be addressed during the course. The presentations are designed as clinical updates and success with different composites, adhesives, ceramic materials and cements will be demonstrated. This fast paced presentation will improve your dental practice and selection of dental materials. The course is designed to provide information that can be used the following clinic day and will provide useful information to improve your practice.
Additionally, this is a MASTERTRACK APPROVED course in which participation credit can be earned by completing the homework assignments that will be given to those who are interested in participating.
Mastertrack presentations from prior courses will be given on Thursday, Aug. 18 at AIDT meeting room in the office of Dr Richard Roblee, 1915 Green Acres Rd, Fayetteville, AR.
