CLE. As of January 2017, CT initiated mandatory CLE based on 60 minutes (12 credits a year including 2 ethics). CT will accept NY CLE based on total minutes – i.e. 60 minutes – 1 CT Credit.

The Cost Can be Shared among Others in Your Office. If others in your company/firm use the Links/CDs and materials that you ordered, they would pay half that amount.

_______________________________________

To obtain CLE , order the CDs and/or Links described inside. Each seminar shows the amount of NY and CT CLE available. If you want more detailed information on any of these seminars, call 203 461 900 or email lee.cushman@ .

When you place your order, we will email the program materials with the Program CLE Audit Survey and Statement. After you have listened to the program, fill out the forms and return both to us. We then send you a CLE Verification for the same amount of CLE as if you had attended that seminar. Should you require CT Credit, we will send you a form showing the Minutes applied to your final CT Credit. You need to keep the NY Verification on file for 4 years and keep track of CT for 7 years. We keep your returned paperwork on file for that same period.

The CLE Listings are shown in 3 categories starting with -Diversity/Ethics & Ethics, then - Ethics combined with Prof. Practice or Skills and - 3rd - professional practice/Skills. We have tried to start with the most recent seminars in each section. Mistakes –please let us know!
