Click on the Employee Information tab. You will see the options below:

If you click on Personal Information, this is the screen you will see: You can look at your information, but you cannot change it.

Click on Payroll, then click on checks. You will see this screen, with all of your pay check information listed:

When you see your checks listed, you can click on one and there will be an option to show check information. When you show the information, there will be an option to print the check information.

You can click on the Check Estimator to enter information you are considering changing. For example, if you are considering changing your W-4 exemptions, but you would like to know how that is going to affect your check, you can enter the changes on this screen. Enter the changes and click Continue. You can make other changes on the next screen if you would like to. Click Calculate Check. You will see the new values and how it will affect your pay check. THIS DOES NOT MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR CHECK! It only gives you an estimate. You can print the estimate if you choose. You will need to contact the Payroll office to actually make the changes

You can also view your current W-4 information.

You can also print previous years W2 forms. Just click on the W2 link and select the year you would like to print. You will have to click View W2. You will have to enter your social security number to verify that you are the person asking to view your information. Click View W2. You can then select if you want to save the file or show the file in Adobe format. Please contact the Payroll Office, at ext. 1014 or 1088, if you have any questions.
