Accessing Email

Via O365 Web Portal

As part of Office 365 your email has been migrated from the Centrally Hosted Cambridgeshire school's system to Office 365. This enables Office 365 to work more seamlessly and enables a consistent user experience. We have put together a short guide on accessing your school email via this new portal. Step 1: Open up an internet browsing window, and enter the following URL:

Step 2: At the login screen enter your credentials.

Step 3: If you are opening your email for the first time, you will be prompted to select a time zone. Set your time zone to match the image below.

Step 4: After clicking save, you will be taken to your new email portal and inbox.
