The new receipt accounting landing page provides key metric information to you by combing information from both receipt accounting and landed cost management. The new infolets provide you visual information of current health of the application. You can click on each of these infolets to view the information behind it in the user interface and see any specific information that you would be interested in. This landing page shows the business units’ specific information, depending on whether user selects to see information for all business units or for a specific business unit. The task pane on the right has the tasks from both receipt accounting and also from landed cost management.

Slide 6 - Cost of Receipts

Cost of receipts infolet shows the cost of all receipts that are successfully processed. Show the material component, non recoverable tax component and any landed cost charge component for all the receipts in the last 7 days. You can expand this infolet to see the cost of receipts for each business unit. Click on the ring chart or the links in the expanded view to navigate to the review receipt accounting distributions user interface.

Slide 7 - Unmatched Accrual Balances

The unmatched accrual balances infolet shows the accrual balances in accounts payables, receipt accounting and the difference between them. The expanded view shows the same information for all business units that you have access to. Click on this bar graph or the expanded view to navigate to open accrual balances tab on the adjust receipt accrual balances user interface where you can see the data behind this metric.

The accrual write off infolet presents the entire accrual amount that has been written off both manually and automatically in the last seven days for the selected business unit context. The exceptions infolet shows the sum of all exceptions logged by the last run receipt accounting processor. This is an existing metric in release 11 receipt accounting landing page. The expanded view would show the exceptions for all business units that you have access to. Click on the expanded view to navigate to process id that has logged this exception, and then further drill down would take you to detailed errors.

This is an existing metric on the landed cost management landing page in Release 11. The charge invoice associations can have various statuses and are displayed on this infolet for the BU context selected at the page level. The trade operations infolet shows the count of trade operations that are either in open, or draft or on hold status.

The charge line statuses provide the landed cost charge allocation status across trade operations for the specific business unit or all business units depending on the page level context. This is an existing metric from release 11 landing page of landed cost management.

This metric considers charge lines that are in status - Allocation in error, allocated in draft, pending PO schedule association, ready for allocation, requires reallocation.

Click on any of these infolets to navigate to manage trade operations user interface to see the data behind the metric.
