Thank you for registering to take your AAF test virtually. We are currently processing your request. Within two business days, you will receive an email with your virtual voucher code and instructions about how you will take your test virtually. The email will come from an ACCUPLACER email NoReply@ and will be titled "Remote Voucher Notification". Once you receive this email, you may continue with creating your account with Examity. You will need the voucher number in that email to setup your account and complete your test session.

Until then, we wanted to share some information to get you prepared for your virtual testing session. We will be proctoring your test through a platform called Examity. You will need an internet connection, a computer (desktop or laptop) with a webcam and audio capabilities. Webcam must be able to rotate and show a complete view of the room including ceiling, floor, under the desk, the surface of work area/desk. Your test session will also be recorded.

Below are some steps you will need to take to prepare for your Zoom testing session:

1. Study for your test using the review materials listed below 2. Review the rules for your test: AAF Rules 3. PLEASE check your junk/spam folder for any emails from RegisterBlast or Examity 4. Due to weekly system maintenance, do NOT attempt to take your ACCUPLACER test on Sundays from 7pm to midnight ET. (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time =(US & Canada). 5. Review Examity guides and save for your records.

These types of tests are used to determine which courses you will take at Valencia College, so it is important that you study for the test.

Studying for your test: It's important to refresh your knowledge and prepare for this test. I highly encourage you to sign up and use the College Board's free ACCUPLACER web-based study app or review the following study guides:

During the virtual testing session, engaging in the following misconduct is strictly prohibited and will result in invalidating your test session scores and may result in a disciplinary meeting.

1. Text predictions including Grammarly. 2. Webpage translators including the use of Google Translate. The test must be taken in

English. 3. Electronic devices such as cellphones, must be turned off (not on silent or vibrate). 4. You must remain on the testing website, do not open other windows, browsers, online

calculators, or the start button. 5. Pausing or ending the test session via the Examity application. 6. Leaving the room during your test session. 7. Conversing with others. 8. The use of a second monitor, computer, or tablet. 9. No dictionaries, calculators, watches, notes or any other aids are allowed during the test. 10. Any electronic device on your desk or table other than your computer. 11. Listening to music. 12. Wearing headphones.
