You are certainly free to pay an employee any amount you desire as long as your wages are within the State's funding parameters. Current minimum wage is $8.23 per hour.

Attendant Wages: "Cost to You"

The following table shows the approximate hourly cost to you to pay an employee. The "cost to you" is the amount that will come out of your CDASS allocation. The "cost to you" includes employer taxes and worker's compensation insurance costs that Morning Star will make on your behalf. The amount of those taxes and worker's compensation insurance is broken down at the bottom of this page.
