In order to download/save and edit the new forms on this site, you must download Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. This program is provided at no cost to TTU faculty and staff.

These forms are in an electronic format and can be directly submitted from the web to the IACUC e-mail, without Adobe Acrobat. You can still print this form for your records and save, but you will not be able to edit without Adobe Acrobat.

The link to e-raider to download:

1. Sign in using your e-raider name and password.

2. In the top right hand box in the “Software Download” select the correct platform (Windows or Mac).

3. Under “Adobe Acrobat Pro XI Select the Download

4. Click Continue at the bottom of the screen on the next page.

5. Follow the prompts.

Once the program is downloaded and installed on your computer, you will need to ensure that Acrobat Pro is set as your default PDF program (see depiction below). If you will right click on any PDF file, you will have an option to Open with, and then choose a default program. If Adobe Acrobat is not offered as a choice, you may need to browse for the location where the program was installed
