Section two asks you to clarify your values using four categories. The four categories each represent a different relationship between the importance you place on a value and how often you act on it. ?There are also instructions during the assessment for this section, just know that it is tricky and may take an extra moment for you to process how to answer the questionsWhen you see the symbol High I=A- ?Mark it if this value is important and you frequently act on it.When you see the symbol A> I- Mark it if you are acting on this value more frequently than you would prefer.When you see the symbol I> A- Mark it if this value is important but you do not act on it as frequently as you would prefer.When you see the symbol Low I=A- Mark it if this value is not very important and you do not act on it very often.After you have finished the assessment, a pop up window will appear that says “your values profile is ready” Click on download PDFSave the PDF file to your computerPrint the PDF file from your computerRead the results and enjoy!
