SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPHS (Circle Cost Chosen)

Submitted photographs will be put in the directory at the cost of $8.00 per photo with name only, $10.00 with a profile, and $12.00 for hardback or binders. Each person submitting a photograph is entitled to a directory. Please write (name and number) on the back of the photograph. Also, include the same number on the profile sheet (if applicable). To prevent damage and bleed through, use a photo labeling pencil, not an ink pen. Negatives are not required.

Please do not send irreplaceable original photographs. It is best to have a copy made. A scanned computer print will not reproduce well. Photo's from previous directories or other sources are NOT permitted and will not be accepted for use. While we make every attempt to return these to the church, the possibility exists that they could become lost in the mail or damaged in some manner.

? Prefer vertical wallet or 4x6 photo ? All photos must be on photographic paper

? Rename files with submit name (ex: Smith, Robert) ? jpg or .tif files accepted

? Resolution should be 600 x 900 minimum
