Business Objects is an SAP company.Add/Remove Columns from the Report?Description:In Design Mode you can?add or remove available columns from the Webi Report. This is helpful when you want to look for specific data within the report.Process Steps?In order to add or remove columns, we need to be in the Design View for Webi.1.?The?Design button is clicked to change into design mode.The Available Objects will show you all objects that are available to be used in the report. These are objects that are either already in the report or available to be added to the report.2.?The?Available Objects button is clicked?on the left pane.In this example, we want to add the Posting Period to the table.3.?The?Posting Period object is selected to add to the table.To add a column, you can click and drag the object from the Available Objects to the report. Be sure to drop the item exactly where you want it in the table. Webi will show a blue highlighted area to indicate where the drop will be.4.?The Posting Period button is dragged over the report...5.?...and is dropped between the?Posting Date and Document Type columns in the table.Often, when a new object comes into the report, you must refresh the report before seeing values for the column.6.?The?Refresh button is clicked to get the data for the?new object.The refresh button will open the Prompts dialog box.
