DAY 1: QRC_ How to access Webmail and Teams with new AMN CredentialsIntroductionThe purpose of this QRC is to provide step by step instructions for Stratus Video Interpreters and CSR’s when logging into your new AMN Email account on Day 1, for the first time.Important Note: Please read this QRC in its entirety, as the following 2 Steps must be completedStep 1: Connect to AMN’s WebmailNote: Your saved desktop link to access Stratus email will still be active. Please follow either option A or option B below to logout of your Stratus Account and login to your New AMN Account.Option A – Access email from Web BrowserLaunch Chrome browser and navigate to your New AMN Email address and Password96710526098500Click on the Office 365 icon - Office 365 –If prompted to set your time zone please select your time zone and continue.98425027178000Once in Office 365 Select the Outlook icon.Option B – Access email from Desktop Shortcut Either Launch your email from your desktop shortcut, or click you see your Stratus Video account listed:1522388368300Select the 3 Dots to Forget your Stratus Account, then select Use another account to add your new AMN Email Acccount When prompted, enter your New AMN Email address and click Next Note – If you are not prompted to enter in your new AMN credentials, signout/logout again to force the use another account to appear. 88069625551500Enter in your new AMN email address: first.last.agentid@You will be redirected to OneLogin to authenticate Enter your AMN Email address again first.last.agentid@, click ContinueEnter AMN Password, click ContinueYou have successfully connected to AMN’s Office365 Homepage.
