COSIGNER AGREEMENT (ADDENDUM TO LEASE / RENTAL AGREEMENT)

This agreement is attached to and forms a part of the Lease/Rental Agreement dated

between_

, (Landlord) and

(Tenants) for the property located at:

I ___________________ (Cosigner), have completed a Rental Application for the express purpose of enabling

the Landlord to check my credit. I have no intention of occupying the dwelling referred to in the Rental

Agreement above.

I have read the Lease/Rental Agreement, and I promise to guarantee the Tenant(s) compliance with the

financial obligations of this agreement.

I understand that I may be required to pay for rent, cleaning charges, or damage assessments (etc.) in such

amounts as are incurred by the Tenant(s) under the terms of this Agreement if and only if the Tenant(s)

themselves fail to pay.

In consideration of your lease of the Premises to the Applicant(s), I hereby guarantee, and agree to be jointly and severally

liable for, any or all of the Applicant(s) liability to you arising as a result of the Lease/Rental Agreement. I further

expressly guarantee payment of the rent, any damages, cleaning expenses, unpaid utilities, fees, fines, exemplary and

punitive damages, costs, administrative charges, including without limitation to attorney fees, court costs, or any other

liability incurred and full performance of the Rental Agreement including any extensions, renewals, modifications, and/or

amendments thereto. While agreeing to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement, I specifically and

irrevocably waive all possession rights to the Premises for the entire term of the Lease/Rental Agreement, including all

extensions thereto.

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to give the co-signers, or any of them, any right to possession of the premises

described in the rental agreement, or any voice in the management of the property, collection of rent, etc. No modification

of the terms of the underlying rental agreement shall operate to discharge co-signers from their obligations under this

agreement.

I also understand that this Cosigner Agreement will remain in force throughout the entire term of the tenancy,

even if the tenancy is extended, renewed or changed in its terms.

By signing this lease, each co signer HAS READ the entire Agreement and understands all of it
