METHODOLOGICAL ORGANIZATION

ACTIVITY 1:

Self description.

Children write a short description about themselves and at random they read it out loud and the others have to guess.

ASSESSMENT:

We will pay attention to pronunciation and intonation:

ACTIVITY 2:

Famous people description.

Children have a picture of a famous person and they have to describe it in front of the class. The rest have to guess.

After the oral activity children can choose a famous person, describe it (written) and then play who is who matching pictures and descriptions.

ACTIVITY 3:

Children are given a famous person’s name. They have it in their back and they don’t know who they are. By asking questions they have to guess who is that person.

ACTIVITY 4:

Family picture.

Children are given a picture of a family A/B and they have to ask questions and complete the information about the other family. After it they can write a short description with the information they have.

ACTIVITY 5:

Wedding picture:

Children are given a family (bride or groom) and a picture of the wedding.

Firstly they have to identify and write names of the family they have in the big picture.

Secondly, they have to guess the names of the other family members, by asking questions.

By describing people in the wedding picture they have to know the names of the members of the rest of the family.

They ask questions to their partner to know who is the person wearing.... what’s the name of....

ACTIVITY 6:

Children in the class description.

One child in the class describes another classmate, the rest of the class have to guess who is the person described.

The person that guesses then takes the turn to describe.

ACTIVITY 7:

Children are given a paper (A or B) and they have to complete the missing names by describing or by asking information to their partner.
