JOB DESCRIPTION Post Ref: Business Support OfficerJob Title:Business Support OfficerContract:Part-time – 18 hours Hours:Monday 9-5, Wednesday 9-1, Thursday 9-5Salary:?16830 - ?19420 pro rataResponsible to:Chief Executive Reports on a day to day basis to:Head of Business DevelopmentPurpose of job:Provides proactive office administration and professional support to the Charity, CEO and wider team.Duties of the Post will be to:Provide administrative/PA support using IT systems to the Charity, CEO and wider teamProactively monitor actions, requests and deadlines to assist with the CEO’s work planning, preparing material etc. Anticipating the demands on the CEO’s timeInput and maintain of client details on central databaseManagement of diary, emails, review and preparation of correspondence. Confidentially responding to or redirecting initial enquiries as appropriateProvide some reception duties acting as the initial point of contact for the CharityAssist with editing and updating of websiteProvide administrative support for meetings. This will include meetings within and external to the charity and may involve arranging meetings, refreshments and room bookings as well as taking and circulating minutesUndertaking duties as determined by the CEO and Head of Business DevelopmentThese duties are a guide to the work that the post holder will initially be required to undertake.
