Adobe Acrobat Pro Named User License Installation Instructions

Important: If you have Adobe Creative Cloud installed, you already have Adobe Acrobat Professional. There is no need to install the stand-alone version.

1. Prior to beginning the install, please uninstall all previous versions of Adobe Acrobat and reboot your machine.

2. Point your web browser to and click `Sign In' from the upper right of the webpage

3. You will be presented with a screen to enter your email, enter your first.last@colostate.edu email and click `Continue'

4. If prompted to log in with your `Personal' versus `Company or School' account, choose Company or School Account

5. You should then see various tabs. Select `Acrobat DC' and click `Download'

6. Leave your browser open to avoid repeating the login steps above and run the executable you just downloaded. You should receive the following prompt. Click Continue

Note: If you left your browser open, you should see the following message. If you closed your browser, you will need to repeat the log-in process documented in the previous steps before you will see the below message.

7. Adobe Acrobat will download and begin installing; this may take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection (File size is approximately 1 GB)

8. Once completed, open Adobe Acrobat and you should see the following message and information indicating your license has been applied properly. Congratulations, you are finished!
