With the recent release of Firefox version 19, an issue was discovered between Firefox and the Adobe Acrobat plugin which caused forms to display within SEAS with the warning message “This PDF document might not be displayed correctly.” This issue also prevented forms from printing accurately.CAS was able to find a resolution for this.If you are experiencing this issue on your computer, make sure the Adobe Acrobat plugin is installed and enabled on your computer, then specify to use Adobe Acrobat for PDFs.Ensure the “Adobe Acrobat” plugin is installed and enabled on your computer:If you have the menu bar across the top:Click “Tools”Click “Add-ons”If you do NOT have the menu bar across the top:Click “Firefox”Click “Add-ons”From the “Add-ons” screen:Click “Plugins” located to the leftLook for “Adobe Acrobat”If you see “Adobe Acrobat on the list:Make sure it is enabledIf the second button to the right says “Disable” the plug in is enabled alreadyb.
