This includes contribution to the international Gene/Banks like; NCBI , GISAID (Global Covid gene/Bank) , EMBL Gene/Bank of Europe, , DDBJ Gen/Bank of Japan, ., Scripps Research Institute, Andersen Lab., La Jolla, California, USA, consultation on the regional & international levelsPlatform II: Sequencing & genotyping of human genome of Y-chromosome microsatellites STRs and the infertility AZFa,b,c & most common genetic diseases: This include:Human-genome-DNA-sequencing of Y-chromosome microsatellites (STRs & TNRs) in association with the most common genetic diseases, profiling of prostate cancer among Arabs, profiling of male-infertility among Arabs), contribution to the international gene Banks, genotyping, phylogenetic profiling, pandemics as compared to Global strains. This includes contribution to the international Gene/Banks like; NCBI , GISAID (Global Covid gene/Bank) , EMBL Gene/Bank of Europe, , DDBJ Gen/Bank of Japan, ., Scripps Research Institute, Andersen Lab., La Jolla, California, USA, am focusing on the research problem of the high frequency of the Most Common Genetic Diseases among Arabian populations due to high consanguinity (relative marriages) in Arabian societies. Using the SNP-DNA sequencing & the Y-chromosome-STRs, the Y-chromosome-AZF a,b,c infertility of Arabian genome analysis for better understanding and therapy-management towards Gene Therapy of the most Common Genetic Diseases of highly prevalence as correlated to the genealogical lineages is a national interest for all governments of the Arabian countries & societies. My data sets have been registered & deposited in the International Gene/Bank YHRD Search.Using the Genetic Analyzer ABI 310 since 1995, and currently use of the GA AB3500, I have established the development of Arabian Genetic Map Database of Y-chromosome analysis for medical, forensic and genealogical applications. As a result of the scientific revolution on human genomics through the Human Genome Project (HGP), there have been a worldwide interest on the use of the analysis of the non-coding & non-recombined region of human Y chromosome known as the Short Tandem Repeats (Y-STRs) as a technological tool in human genotyping and identifications such as forensic human identification, social genetics, human populations and human genography. In this project we have been able to conduct analysis of Y-STRs analysis of (17 loci) for (2000) male sample which were collected from Arabian tribes and populations of (21) of Arab countries: (Egypt, Sudan, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Somalia, Mauritania, Yemen, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). As yet, we have been able to provide a bioinformatics analysis of such genomic platforms by accomplishment of Y-Haplogroup analysis as well as Haplotype analysis. The Most Common Haplotypes was also constructed for each country, region and thus the Arab world as one population compared to other nations around the world. The data have been published in the International Haplotype Reference Database (YHRD) in the University of Medicine, Berlin, Germany and under the accession numbers of (YA003522) and (YA003523). This project has cover 10 M.Sc. Thesis which all has been carried out and approved by committees.Platform III: Sequencing of bacterial genome (pathogenic & industrial): This includes:Bacterial-genome-16S rRNA-sequencing, genotyping, phylogenetic profiling, pandemics as compared to Global strains. This includes contribution to the international Gene/Banks like; NCBI , GISAID (Global Covid gene/Bank) , EMBL Gene/Bank of Europe, , DDBJ Gen/Bank of Japan, ., Scripps Research Institute, Andersen Lab., La Jolla, California, USA, consultation on the regional & international levelsUsing the DNA sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene for bacterial infectious diseases & epidemiology using a novel antibiotic producing strain Strepromyces coelicolor (AB588124). on the Genetic Analyzer ABI 310, which led to developing new microbial platforms for antibiotic production Bacterial Strain. The sequence of the 16S rDNA gene of the novel strain has been registered & deposited in the International Gene/Banks in USA, Europe & Japan Gene/Banks (NCBI/EMBL/DDBJ):NCBI International Gene/Bank, National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine 8600 Rockville Pike, Bethesda MD, 20894 USA (ncbi.nlm.). EMBL Gene/Bank of Europe, EMBL Heidelberg, Meyerhofstra?e 1, 69117 Heidelberg, Germany (embl.de).DDBJ Gen/Bank of Japan, DNA Data Bank of Japan (DDBJ)(ddbj.nig.ac) Currently, there is a worldwide growing demand for production of a new generation of antibiotics particularly due to the increase of evolution of resistant pathogens and that the problem of multi-resistance is being progressively accelerated due to the misuse of the available antibiotics during several decays. Streptomycetes are being consider as one of medicine's most important microbes which produces most of the natural antibiotics in use today in addition to the production of natural anti-cancer and immune-suppressing compounds. Therefore, Sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene of the Streptomyces coelicolor will help our understanding and thus capabilities in genetic engineering of a future strain capable of production of a new generation of antibiotics against the Multi-resistant pathogens. This project has started since 2006 and we have been able to provide a conclusive sequence of the 16S rRNA gene of the novel wild type strain of Strepromyces coelicolor after had been isolated from the desert soil of Qatar. The Full gene sequenc has been deposited in the International Gene/Banks/DDBJ/EMBL/NCBI and assigned an accession number of (AB588124). The data has been published in last 2011 (copy enclosed) and it does match the clone of Strepromyces coelicolor A3(2) as sequence by David A. Hopwood, of Johannes Centre in Norich, and the Sanger Institute, U.K.Research contribution In International GeneBanks:YHRD, Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences, University of Berlin, Germany, Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), Bethesda,?Maryland, USA, NCBI , 2020GISAID, Munich, Germany, GISAID-19 (Global Covid Initiative) gene/Bank; , 2020European Molecular Biology Laboratory?(EMBL), Heidelberg, Germany; EMBL Gene/Bank of Europe, , 2020DNA Data Bank of Japan (DDBJ), DDBJ Gen/Bank of Japan, 2020, ., Scripps Research Institute, Andersen Lab., La Jolla, California, USA, 2020, 3: Publications (Books & Journals)My books are being used as a text books for the last (30) years in many Arabian Universities (Jordan, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Palestine) for students of Biotechnology, Biology, Medical, Health & Environmental Sciences.
