The role will ensure that all external and internal quality requirements are met and will be responsible for reviewing procedures and outputs to ensure that the CPD delivered is high quality.ETF DELIVERYETF is the government-backed, sector-owned workforce and professional development body for the Further Education (FE) and Training sector. RESPONSIBILITIES Particular to this post:This role requires a candidate to be able to demonstrate capabilities, skills and knowledge against the following areas:Facilitate use of the ETF’s Quality Management System, utilising the strategic cycle to implementing improvements. Operate within ETF’s robust quality assurance process and procedures to inspect and report on the quality of all ETF’s CPD delivery.Play a central part of ETF’s quality assurance process through monitoring, auditing and supporting providers and delivery partners. Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the ETF’s quality processes and tools.Responsible for coordinating, within the region, the quality control of ETF’s CPD content and delivery for T Levels Professional Development (TLPD) contract.Independently quality assures ETF’s delivery phase to test the TLPD programme, the contract relevance, the evidence base and overall performance. Support on the survey process to ensure surveys findings and insights are disseminated to the right people and fed back into the cycle of quality improvement. Operate within a cycle of testing, solution development and implementation, which ensures continuous improvement of professional development across all ETF’s contracts and grant work. Be involved in solution development, warranting suggestions and considered changes pass through the quality assurance process of investigating, testing and developing. Ensure solution development is subject to a change control procedure, including submission to the commissioner (for contract work) for approval. Monitor all regional operations across our CPD interventions, including working with ETF’s CPD Trainers to sign-off delivery partner capabilities, ensure relevance and effectiveness and conduct regularly scheduled and ad-hoc quality assurance visits. Work alongside ETF’s delivery partners to provide ongoing support and quality assurance of local, regional and national networks. To ensure participants have the opportunity to consolidate their learning via network activity.Work with ETF’s Marketing and Communications team to embed a timebound communication control and quality assurance process to all communications Certify and execute the auditing of external and independent delivery through ETF’s Quality Management System.Produce monthly reports reporting to the Head of Quality to ensure any concerns and issues are raised and appropriate and immediate action is taken. Be responsible for conducting checks on the monthly management information and data of TLPD delivery. Ensuring the Quality Team operate on a risk-based framework for audits. Undertake considerable regional travel to observe and audit delivery and content. Support the Head of Quality and the Quality Auditors to ensure all aspects of design and delivery of TLPD CPD content and materials are in line with the requirements of the commissioner. Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the business, which may be requested by the Line Manager, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.2.
