PPI’s business offerings include:

• Offering employee onboarding for new employees of an organization. This service takes HR departments out of the data entry business, so they can focus on what is really important – employee retention.

• Our software handles compliance reports (with improvement recommendations) for Affordable Care Act (ACA) provisions.

• We offer Time and Attendance tracking software or devices to keep track of employee time, time off requests and much more. All time is approved by designated employees and automatically populates the payroll system when ready.

• Our payroll system is second to none and allows easy payroll entry and a one database system that shares data with all areas of HR on the platform.

• We provide COBRA services for those organizations that do not want to track it.

• Our system helps organizations keep track of upcoming reviews, disciplinary actions, changes in pay and much more. This function is called “Workflow” and it keeps the HR and Admin professionals at your organization organized. Emails are sent to the appropriate people based on certain specified actions, such as reviews. Reviews can be setup in the system and done on the system. Both the employee and supervisor can review the employee and then a rate change can be added based on the results.

• We provide all tax payments and filings, including Quarter End and Year End, if applicable or desired. The organization can pay and file their own taxes if they would rather. We pay and file in the entire US, including all local and county payroll taxes.

The primary assets of our organization is our staff and our single database, in the cloud technology. PayPros, Inc. has an employee and consultant staff administrative professionals. This team has an intimate knowledge of United States payroll and its’ processes.

“The Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract and as it applies to the entire 00CORP – Professional Services Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29CRF 5413.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and/or when the Contractor adds SCA labor categories/employees to the contract through the modification process, the Contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and applicable wage determination (WD) number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract."
