Competitive Advantage –Paychex’s competitive advantage within the industry is the fact that they are very reliable and also extremely well known/credible. They offer many products and services and their 12,700 employees are known to provide excellent customer service. Trinet – Strengths – Trinet offers very detailed payroll reports that allow businesses and their employees to gain important insight into HR, payroll and benefits.The HR support services that Trinet offers can assist in payroll, payroll tax, wages and employee benefits. Trinet offers payroll services with options when it comes to employee self-service, direct deposit, and payroll deductions. These options allow for businesses to choose what best suits their employees. Weaknesses –Loans can be very expensive when using Trinet.The industry is very competitive and Trinet is small compared to ADP and Paychex. Trinet only has 1,713 employees and had revenue of $936.49 million.Products and Services – Trinet offers direct depositing, debiting, e-pay stubs for employees, online payroll and billing reports available online each period, electronic W-2 forms, payroll and employment tax processing, and tracking and processing of paid time off.
