Trinet – Strengths – Trinet offers very detailed payroll reports that allow businesses and their employees to gain important insight into HR, payroll and benefits.The HR support services that Trinet offers can assist in payroll, payroll tax, wages and employee benefits. Trinet offers payroll services with options when it comes to employee self-service, direct deposit, and payroll deductions. These options allow for businesses to choose what best suits their employees. Weaknesses –Loans can be very expensive when using Trinet.The industry is very competitive and Trinet is small compared to ADP and Paychex.
