Keep on steppin' -- The Invitational Challenge on WebMD is officially underway!

Challenge Timeline

Round 1: April 17th ? 23rd Round 2: April 24th ? 30th Round 3: May 1st ? 7th Round 4: May 8th ? 14th Round 5: May 15th ? May 21st (submit your final steps by end of day May 22nd Pacific Time)

*You must participate in all 5 ? weeks of the challenge to earn 20 WebMD points toward your 2019 Health Incentive Reward- Supplemental Section.

WebMD Virtual Challenges: Virtual challenges are available on the WebMD Reward portal for points towards your 2019 Health Incentive Reward. IMPORTANT NOTE: These challenges will be made available by WebMD during a specific time of year -- and only offered once. WebMD will be running the challenge, providing information in reference to the challenge, registration process, and answering any troubleshooting issues in tracking progress throughout the challenge. WebMD will also be awarding points following the conclusion of the challenge.

The Stress Recovery Effect

Feeling stressed? You are cordially invited to attend the debut of a new wellness program `The Stress Recovery Effect`. This is a 4- hour interactive class focused on providing employees with the tools to transform their stress from enemy to ally. 20 WebMD points will be applied to the WebMD Supplemental Section for those who attend the class. 2019 Mix and Mingle Event's

Have you heard? Employee Wellness is debuting a fun networking opportunity event for Health Champions and Spiritual Ambassadors OR any employees who are interested in joining our team! For more information and upcoming event dates, click HERE. Registration is required, as lunch will be provided.

Upcoming Health Champion Orientation

Health Champion Orientations are intended to better explain CREATION Health to new or existing Health Champions and provide them with the tools they need to incorporate CREATION Health within their department or unit; and most importantly bring the FUN! The next Health Champion Orientation will be offered on May 16th at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. To RSVP, please email CFNEmployeeWellness@.

Health Champion Spotlight

Kudos to our Health Champion at Palm Coast, Vicki for her creative April Health Champion board below! Vicki titled her board "Laughter Is The Best Medicine" and included funny pictures of the team. The board also promoted the benefits of bringing your lunch to work. Vicki has been offering fruit infused water once a week on the unit and continues to have monthly CREATION Health lunches with Same Day Surgery, PACU, and Pre Admission.
