GENERAL SUMMARY:The Marketing and Communications Service Line and Physician Representative is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining strategic relationships between enterprise leaders and key providers, stakeholders and constituents of Florida Hospital Waterman. Reporting and working with the Marketing and Communications Director, he or she is an essential part of the research, development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and initiatives for identified areas. The representative serves as a primary liaison between the Marketing and Communications department and service line leadership with a dotted line for strategy development and reporting. Representatives must demonstrate outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful and beneficial to all parties. Timely identification and resolution of issues that affect the medical staff and impact delivery of health care is critical. Representatives are expected to regularly track, measure and report on provider relationships, feedback and strategic initiatives.
