Your doctor and his or her medical staff will help you decide what care is needed. You can call your doctor's office, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your doctor may tell you to go to come to the office, go to an urgent care facility, or to the emergency room.

Urgent Care is for smaller emergencies that need quick attention.

Examples include: ? Sore throat, fever, common cold or the flu. ? Minor cuts, back pain, diaper rash, constipation, and toothache. ? Health issues that cannot wait for a primary care provider appointment.
