Getting your Business Plan right

A business plan is a written document that describes a business, its objectives, its strategies, the market it `s in and its financial forecasts. It has many functions, from securing external funding to measuring success within your business.

But you shouldn't be daunted. The great thing about writing a business plan is you don't need to know everything before you start. It can grow and evolve, stimulating you to explore areas you may not previously have considered.

To help you get started, we've put together a guide to help ? businessplan
