Logging into Aeries

To login into Aeries Administration site you can either go directly to or you can go to BCSD's Employee page.

Once at the Employee page, click Aeries Administration. Note: There is a link directly under Aeries Administration for available Aeries documentation.

This will take you to the Aeries Login page. Your username is your email address without the @. For example, user1@ would be user1. Your password is your normal email password. If it is not already chosen, be sure to choose BCSD as the Database. Once you enter your username and password, click Sign In.

You will now be taken to second login page. This login page lets you change the school you are assigned to before you enter Aeries. If you have access to multiple schools, you will be able to change it here. You can also change the school setting after you are in Aeries. If you do not change it here, do not worry about it, you can change it later. When the school is to your liking, click Continue. You will be logged into Aeries.
