Over Twenty years as a contract Land Professional with disciplines as a Sr. Right of Way Agent, Sr. Petroleum Landman, Sr. Permitting Agent, and Project Management. Other related aspects in Right of Way such as Pipeline, Utility, Telecommunication/Fiber Optic. Construction experience drill site, access roads, frac tanks, plug & abandonment, and site reclamation. Plus, assist in preparing instruments, and permitting applications necessary for pipeline easement, and subsequent right of way between Texas and Louisiana. Besides my work in Texas and Louisiana, I have also worked on projects in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Maryland and Michigan in permitting, fiber optic ROW, and site acquisitions.
