Fingerprints Will not need if you have subbed in the last 12 months Register online: cogentid.mo/index $43 fee paid online Take receipt to Atlas Risk Management, 407 S. Pennsylvania, Joplin, MO (417-206-2228)

Paperwork New hire packet from Central Office (includes background check, W-4, and I-9 with ID) Must fill out new data sheet every summer Marked inactive at end of school year until data sheet is returned

Substitute Badge

Always wear when in schools Have badge made at High School during school hours- no appointment needed One time picture (keep year after year) First badge free - $5 to replace Your badge will not get you into any activities

Handbook / Basic Info

4 days / week limit ? if you have subbed four days in a row, Aesop will not allow you to pick up a fifth day
