Objective: TSWBAT demonstrate responsible personal and social behavior in physical activity settings by following all classroom rules, sharing space and equipment with each other, respects each other, and responds to teachers signals for attention at all times.

Self-Assessment: You will be responsible for your affective grade these next 12 weeks. Listed below are the criteria you must meet in order to achieve a passing score of 6 points. The total amount of points per day you can achieve is 8 points. In each column below you will either place a 0,1, or 2 under each criteria number. Please be honest and true to yourself.

I. Students comply with all established rules in the classroom. 2pts

II. Students respect each other’s space around them. 2pts

III. Students share and use equipment safely at all times. 2pts

IV. Students listen to teacher’s signals by displaying effective 2pts

listening skills.
