Michigan-based Credit Union Selects AnyHour Solutions as Lending Partner

$200M assets Extra Credit Union signs for supplemental Loan-By-Phone support

Rockford, IL, June 14, 2011 – AnyHour Solutions, a provider of comprehensive contact center services for credit unions since 1994, announces that Extra Credit Union of Warren, Michigan is their newest customer of the AnyHour Loan-By-Phone 24/7 Call Center service. AnyHour can now supplement Extra CUs internal call center by taking overflow member loan application calls during the week-day and can also provide full service backup after hours and on weekends.

Carol Visconti, Vice President of Financial Services, headed the team at Extra CU considering options for enhancing the member loan experience. AnyHour Solutions agreed to complete Extra CU member loan applications directly utilizing ECU’s existing online loan application functionality from the ECU website; so completed loan application information by an AnyHour call agent flows directly into ECU’s core processing system.
