Hybrid Meeting

1. Call to Order

Chair McDermott called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m.

2. Roll Call

Present: 6 - Balducci, Dembowski, Kohl-Welles, McDermott, Perry and Zahilay

3. Approval of Minutes

Councilmember Dembowski moved approval of the April 17, 2023, meeting minutes. There being no objections, the minutes were approved.

4. Public Comment

There was no one present wishing to provide public comment.

Proposed Ordinance No. 2023-0156

AN ORDINANCE abolishing a county fund and transferring any remaining net assets and fund balance; and repealing Ordinance 17527, Section 160, as amended, and K.C.C. 4A.200.650.

Brandi Paribello, Council staff, briefed the committee and answered questions from the members. Dwight Dively, Director, Office of Performance, Strategy and Budget, answered questions from the members.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Dembowski that this Ordinance be Recommended Do Pass Consent. The motion carried by the following vote:
